The Opportunity

We’re hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to take ownership of new business. You’ll prospect, demo, and close deals across a variety of industries — and help shape how we scale.


You’ll work closely with our leadership team, represent RapidTalk at trade shows when it makes sense, and bring field insights back into the product and GTM strategy.

We prefer local (Utah) candidates who can join us in-office at least a couple days a week, but we’re open to remote if you’re the right fit.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Run full-cycle sales: outbound → demo → close
  • Prospect across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Deliver clean, high-converting demos that show real business value
  • Track pipeline and deal status clearly and consistently
  • Represent RapidTalk at trade shows and industry events when needed
  • Collaborate with the team to shape outbound strategy and customer messaging
  • Provide insights from the field to help influence product and GTM direction


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • You’ve sold into SMBs, franchises, or local businesses before (or can ramp fast)
  • You know how to hunt — and don’t wait around for leads
  • You’re sharp, clear, and confident in conversation
  • You can close — not just pitch
  • Based in Utah (preferred), or U.S.-based with the ability to travel occasionally

Compensation

Base salary + uncapped commission
